Alongside our adventures in Vietnam, my best friend and I embarked on a 10-day exploration of Bali during our month-long break. We divided our time between the laid-back vibe of Canggu and the cultural richness of Ubud, both of which left us with unforgettable memories. Bali knows how to spoil its visitors with an incredible array of fresh, locally-sourced delights. I won't exaggerate when I say that acai bowls became a daily ritual for us! The island's atmosphere is infectious, with a vibrant energy that sets the stage for fun nightlife, cute bars, and amazing restaurants. The island's distinctive spices and culinary creations defy comparison, offering a truly unique perspective on Southeast Asian cuisine. I haven't encountered flavors quite like these anywhere else on my travels. I would recommend more time in Ubud than Canggu, if you’re looking for beautiful beaches you should hit the beaches on the southeastern end of Bali, like Penida Island. Bali is also a budget-friendly paradise :)
